Balanced breath is a natural stress buster

Whenever you feel unsettled and flighty, try doing alternate nostril breathing for 2 minutes. It's a yogic breath that helps you to balance the best and left hemispheres from the brain and it is often done in preparation for deep relaxation or meditation. Raise your right hand to your face, and put your thumb on your right nostril and your pinky and ring finger lightly on your left nostril.

Hold your right nostril closed, and inhale slowly up your left nostril. Pause, and while your lungs are filled with air, press the left nostril closed while lightening pressure on the right one. Exhale slowly out your right nostril, then inhale up your right nostril, pause, and while your lungs are filled with air, switch your fingers so that your right nostril is closed again. Exhale.

Do ten cycles of the breath at first, adding length while you get comfortable. Do this in the morning hours before meditating, before bed to relax an active mind, or whenever that you need to reset your thoughts.

This is the time for you to say, "No. I'm getting out of bed. I'm walking out of the door, and i am likely to a minimum of walk neighborhood. I will take myself using this situation because I must." It might be that the power from the room or of others is dragging you down and becoming you stuck.

The only method to get unstuck would be to shift yourself right into a different state. In addition, walking because of its nature curbs your tendency to panic and seek instant change (which only results in more frustration). There's only to date you can get by walking; walking provides you with a proper reality check: "What can one realistically achieve today?"
