"They have traveled with me to Korea, Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore and at least 10 U.S. states. I never leave home without them. I always pre-measure my protein and put it in Ziploc® baggies and stuff as many into the shakers as possible. I also pre-measure or count out my supplements." Bonnie suggests calling ahead or checking Web sites to find out what's on the menu at restaurants you may be visiting, as well as what else is available and where.
"Don't let your mind go into pre-Body-for-LIFE vacation mode, where anything goes because you ‘deserve it,'" she says. "You'll enjoy your vacation more if you keep eating right and avoid getting that sludge-in-the-veins feeling."
