Fighting techinques may be best for reducing depression. Lifting weights or running can improve confidence. Boxing or tennis can help you cope with anger or frustration. Team sports may work well if you feel lonely or lack social skills. Hiking can enhance your sense of spirituality. Swimming or yoga can decrease anxiety. Dancing can unblock creative dams and lift your spirits.
