Also, indicate who's monitoring these activities and in what manner. A policy should clearly specify which kind of material is inappropriate for posting, and just how so when you may take it off.

Exporting

If your site sells to customers away from Usa, you may be susceptible to special government regulations by the Commerce Department and Defense Department and perhaps other departments. That which you sell (or export) and in which you market it (which countries) may be tightly regulated. If you believe that this is actually the case with your business, you need to talk to your attorney about developing an exporting policy.

Spam

Based on your kind of business, you can incorporate a spam policy within your online privacy policy. This insurance policy states whether your site does or doesn't distribute marketing e-mail and just how you react to it.

Endorsement and linking with other sites' policies

Whether you sell services or products using their company sites, provide links to sites not owned by you, or allow other sites to link to yours, you're wise to notify customers about this. Your linking policy should simply state how external links are utilized and whether you endorse the info available on these linked sites. Provide customers having a method to notify you of issues with external sites or violations to your policy.
